I would just like to say this is probably the best place I’ve been to for my guinea pigs. My baby Lady got sick out of nowhere and I had to find an exotic vet to see her. Right away the entire staff is super friendly and made me & her feel comfortable and safe. I had a lot of dumb questions or repeated questions during my visit(s) but they made sure to answer them regardless. During the days I would drop her off to get her medication and get fed her critical care. Around the same time every day too I would always call for an update on her and once again the staff was very friendly to answer my same questions daily over the phone and when I would pick her up. These people are caring and loving your animal the entire time. Thank you again to each and every single one of you for taking care & loving my baby Lady the time she was there and not giving up on her.
